Da der Tag wirklich heiß 🥵 war, probierte ich das Alkoholfreie. Bislang kannte ich noch kein Alkoholfreies aus einer Hausbrauerei 🏠.
Es mag aromentechisch an die klassischen Biere des Lokals nicht herankommen, aber es ist doch eine brauchbare Alternative, wenn man sich einen eventuellen Kater 🐈 sparen will. So hat es einen gtreidigen Körper mit süßlich-malzigen Abgang 🎂.

Das stärkere 💪 Zwölfgrädige hatte ich noch nicht. Es ist ein klassisches Lager, das sich wunderbar trinken lässt, auch wenn es eher schwer ist. So hat es einen vollmundigen und runden Körper 🤤 mit getreidigen Abgang. Es ist solide, wenn auch nix besonderes.

Der EInstieg in einen netten, bierigen Nachmittag in Brünn in dem kleinen Brauereilokal "European FInance" (EFI) am Gemüsemarktplatz.
Es ist als Achtgrädiges besonders leicht und klarerweise für den Sommer gedacht.
Es ist aber gut trinkbar und nicht zu wässrig. Der leichte Körper ist nicht zu stark und es hat eine nette Hopfennote.
Im Körper und Abgang ist es etwas schächer und lässt viel Luftigkeit durch.
Passend für heiße Tage, aber auf Dauer ist es mir zu wenig.

Tap at the place. Golden to amber color massive fine creamy white head, lasting, lacing. almost clear. Flavor is solid the malts a lot of it, biscuit, cookies, bread, apricot and pear juice. Thick body, texture is slick to oily, very dense, bold. Taste is sugary, juicy, thin hops profile as this is really malts forward, beefy, but there is a noble hops balance. Sticky finish, smooth, party dirty and super malty, grainy. Massive difference with the 10°. Solid stuff.

Tap at the place. Deep golden color huge white head, a faint haziness. Quiet smell. Taste of dry grains, straw, light malt, papery. Light body average carbonation medium length dry finish, a bit flat.
