500ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: farmhousy, some peaches, smooth. Taste: dry, lots of stone fruits, ascorbic. Overall: pretty good.

Pale and hazy. Bubbly head. The aroma has a nice, clean peach note, with a bit of pale malt. Light body, especially for 6%, wheaty, and bringing nice peach character. Gentle acidity, light neutral barrel in the finish. Very good.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy bright blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bright, juicy peaches, some wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is moderately acidic, with juicy peaches, gentle wild yeast, and oak. Acidic, juicy, peachy. Not particularly complex with the yeast, but nicely incorporated peaches. Very nice fruited American wild ale.

Poured from 1 pint .9 fl oz bottle. Hazy yellow with quickly dissipating white head. Mild white wine vinous notes, some farty notes, light saison yeast, not really coming together. Messy.

Bottle Pale grey-ish yellow, with no head. On the nose, sort of mellow, vinous, and a hint of sweet malts. It's not as complex as I would have liked, just more on the mild side.
