500mL bottle, pours a hazy dark cherry red with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty grape skins, cherry skins, wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is complex, with musty cherry and grape skins, buggy wild yeast, and oak barrels. Cohesive, smooth, minimally acidic, and oaky. Excellent.

On tap at Sovereign, pours a clear pale blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out crunchy toasted grains, some funky bugs, and a little oak. Flavour is grainy, with toasted biscuity malt, straw, and really not much bugginess. It's clean but nothing special. Meh.

On tap at Sovereign, pours an opaque filthy amber orange with a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out lightly tart blackberries, gentle oak, and some bugs. Flavour brings out gently tart blackberries, floral notes, and a hint of bugs. Floral, gently fruity. Unusual but fairly pleasant.

On tap at Sovereign, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small off-purple head. Aroma brings out tons dry red wine barrels, oak, and some bugs. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of dry red grapes, light bugs, and dry oak. Bone dry, vinous, and oaky. Complex and well-made. Excellent.

Flavour is bright, with lots of vibrant tangy Nelson hops, some white wine character, musty grape skins, earthiness, and some bugs. Tart, lightly vinous, with a good buggy character. Really nicely done.

Flavour reveals tart cherry, mixed bugs, and a touch of oak. Not the deepest flavour complexity but it's pleasant; I'd want more deep cherry character. Decent.

On tap at Sovereign, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a strange floral hop character that come across as phenolic, along with some mixed bugs. Flavour is phenol city, with lots of bright hops, tart citrus and phenols that destroy this. I can't drink this. Too phenolic.

Flavour is dry and musty, with lots of bone dry red grape skins, lots of oak, some bitterness, and wild bugs. Buggy, bone dry, oaky, and vinous. It works, but it's not as complex or integrated the other Do No Go Gentle beers. Still, good.

Hazy, pale, med head. The aroma is kicking off brett c and pedio. Fuck this has tartness, brett, light body, all the balanced mellowed things.
