Le Vaillant Fourquet was born from our desire to produce a real craft beer, in this region where we have our roots: Le Gers. A beer from friends, a beer that reflects our work, our convictions and above all, a beer that is simply "the best beers"!

Because, moreover, we are also farmers, attached to our land, we are committed to an organic process and an eco-responsible approach for the production of our beers. The malts and hops we use come from organic farming.
