Plastic canister@st urho. Hazy amber colour, not much Aroma is quite glueish, earthy, mild vegetables. Flavour is gluee, some yeast, melted rubber. Unbalanced and even bad when fresh.

Bottled (thanks Joona!). Ambery brown colour with no head. Aroma is banana, juniper, some slight wooden and smoky notes. Also some slight sourness in the background. Flavour is quite much the same with some quite sour notes. I think this might have started going off already.

Bottled (thanks Joona!). Hazy murky ambery brown colour with minor head. Aroma is banana, some smoked wet wood as well as juniper. Flavour is rather sweet banana meeting some spices, ryebread and some slight notes of smoky wet wood.

Bottled (swing top, thanks Markku K!). Very murky brown color, no head. Dry aroma of wood, juniper and banana. Wet wood, juniper, banana, light sour note, also a bit smokey. Sweet overriped banana in the aftertaste. Less sweet than Pääsiäissahti sampled in the same session and less sour, but mouthfeel is thin. Not very interesting sahti.

Bottled (swing top, thanks Markku K!). Murky brown amber color, no head. Traditional sahti aroma: banana, juniper and smoke. Full-bodied with low, almost flat carbonation. Banana, juniper, molasses. Finish is quite sour and dry. Quick finish. Basic and uninspiring sahti, but at least has a traditional flavor. I wonder if this had sourness when it was fresh. My first one from Viini-Heila.

Bottle, 5.5%. 2 months past BB date. Fruity aroma, citric and slightly farty. Muddy red/orange colour. Very citric flavour. Sweet and fruity. Vomit finish.
