330ml bottle brought back from Brittany 2 1/2 years ago & stored in my cellar since, pours dark brown with a beige head. Aromas & tastes of dried fruit, apple, caramel, coffee, plums, alcohol, liquorice & malt. Medium body. Slight burnt finish.

Bottle at my brothers'. Clear orangy golden color, medium sized quickly diminishing white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, sweet sugary notes, sweetish spicy / herbal. Average to decent body and carbonation. Mwah.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Station Pub, Rennes, 20240610) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, toasted malts and ash. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, toasted malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt notes, biscuits and bitterness. Surprisingly nice.
