Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, pale yellow with a small, white head. ovely aroma with the Mosaic blending in perfectly with the lactic tartness. Tart - as in VERY tart - with the Mosaic adding disappointingly little flavorwise. Some baking yeast notes appearing late. The nose is its best feature. 270521

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque dark red with a small, dissipating pinkish head. Unclean berry nose, perhaps the peppercorn interfering with the blackberry roma. Light body, super tart, a hard to define berry note and then.....something. Not bad, but somehow I doubt that I need the peppercorn, as they don't seem to do much. 130121

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque deep orange - pretty much like an apricot - with a fizzy, dissipating white head. Subtle peach/apricot aroma blending in with lactic tartness. Light body, solid tartness combined with very nice and refreshing apricot notes. Would be a lovely summer quencher. 130121

Can 44 cl. Pours a hazy red with a fizzy, dissipating head - I didn't even get to see what color it was. Some cherry in the nose, absolutely but also an odd, cloying edge that must be the vanilla. Ligh body, fizzy tart, berry notes that dont really stand out much as cherries and then this odd edge of vanilla. Sorry, it doesn't really work for me. 130121
