18.11.13 Bottled 330ml Saveur. Dark amber color, decent beige head, lace. Resiny hoppy nose with some fruits and alcohol. Medium-bodied. Front is very sweet and honeyish-fruity with lots of resiny hops. Finishing to the touch of licorice and alcohol. Decent brew. Finish is a bit short, even more aggressive hoppyness could work.

(Draught at Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels, 23 Oct 2013) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, cocoa and creamy coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, black rye bread and a generous coffee bitterness in the finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Quite well balanced, with alcohol well hidden behind everything else. Very nice.

(Draught at Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels, 23 Oct 2013) Golden colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, stable, sweaty horse and dried fruit. Malty, fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, peaches, barnyard and a slight sweetness coming through in a finish with wild yeast flavours. Almost full body. Interesting sour/triple combination. Nice one.

Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, oak wood, cocoa, vanilla and a certain cocoa bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, fairly sweet. A bit boozy and sweet with lots of wood character. Possibly not in perfect balance, but quite nice.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small to fully gone head. Aroma is mild acetone to chemical. Fruity, mild citric, wooden/oaky, light chemical. Mild citric and dry into a toasted malty finish. Litchi fruity certainly shines through.
