Bottle at home. Dark copper color, no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, lightly metallic, a little dusty grainy and decently bitter but also a sweetish corn hint. Hmm not bad. 6-7-7-8-7

Can at home. Clear yellow golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is refreshingly hoppy with a light metallic hint. Flavor is malts, refreshing hoppiness again, hoppy bitter, old school hops lightly. Medium body and carbonation. Quite nice.

Can at home. Clear light golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, metallic a bit. Flavor is malts, metallic again, bitter. A bit thin texture but otherwise quite pleasant. Nice hopped pilsner. Solid. 9-7,5-7,5-6-7,5

Can at hoont. Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, fruity and tropical fruity hops nicely in there, but what sets this beer apart for me from other similar brews is the good balance between sweet hops and light bitter hops. Quite pleasant.

Can at home. A bit cloudy yellow color, white head. Aroma is malts, a bit grassy hoppy. Flavor is mostly hop dominated as expected, mostly grassy hoppy, a bit sweetish, a bit bitter. Hmm nothing very special but overall pleasant, yes.

Can at home. Clear copper-golden color, average to medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are both really pleasantly hoppy, pleasantly bitter, decent malt base. Clearly not your standard kölsch at all but very nice nonetheless.

Can pour from The Beer Store, Salem. Clear, dark amber-red with tons of sparkle, thin head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong brown bread and dark fruit. Taste follows aroma along with late earthy malt. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Good representative of the style.

Pounder from GBX. Mojito glass @home. Dull, mostly clear tea brown lingering froth Earthy, bitter caramel, subtle coffee, soy sauce nose. Caramel, heavy soy sauce umami, bitter-sharp char & veg, black tea tannins, charred white bread. Iffy carbonation, high acid, too sharp, middling to good body, hairy finish. Complex, but too many bumps along the way.

Can at home. Cloudy orange yellow color, medium sized a bit creamy white head. Aroma is malts, malty bitters. Flavor is malts, malty bitters, hop bitters, bitter. Hmm not a lot of different flavors tbh. Hmm a bit one dimensional and in the end this one lacks pine and / or fruitiness I think. After a while though, it gets a little better.
