Black as the deepest dungeon in the glass. And a fine beige head Ok lacing. Looks good and inviting Good intensity in the aroma. Dark malt, chocolate and some spices Nice body for a 4.7% beer. Also a pleasant sweetness and a fine carbonation level, Semi dry ending Dark malt, chocolate, coffee, some spices and some roast in the flavor Nice stout. But I missed all the spices they claimed to be in this beer Refund? Hmm some a lot of ginger popps up after a while. So no refund [Bottle – bought at The Brewery]

Bottle, thx to cunningham. It's a mostly clear one, golden in colore, with a fluffy white head. Some lacing. The aroma is quite perfumed at first, then it turns towards citrus zest and generic fresh fruit. Grapefruit, lemon hints, orange zest, grass and some pale malts. It's medium bodied and quite pleasant on the palate, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, with a decent bitterness. Citrus zest, some flowers and a hint of grass in the flavor, with a very light bready maltyness in the back. Long perfumed, citrusy finish. Not bad this one, although it feels a bit too perfumed. 211126

Many thanks to Cunningham for a 500ml bottle, batch 166, of this one. Shared with lmojoh and Finn. Steady white head, next-to-clear pale golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Modest grassy aromas, hints of ripe citrus. Moments of ripe lemon and grainy malts to the taste buds. Drying finish with faint bitterness. Accepted. (Hamna, Tromsø 08.09.2021).
