Pierwszy polski browar rzemieślniczy. Przygodę z piwowarstwem zaczynaliśmy od warzenia w kuchni. W 2012 roku zdecydowaliśmy, że domowe garnki to dla nas za mało. Warzelnię w Natolinie zbudowaliśmy własnoręcznie, przerabiając przywiezione z Niemiec urządzenia i zbiorniki.
Dość szybko okazało się, że natoliński browar jest dla nas za mały. W 2015 roku przeprowadziliśmy się zatem do Błonia, zajmując jedną z hal dawnych zakładów mechaniki precyzyjnej Mera-Błonie, gdzie pracujemy do dziś.

Self-poured at Nalej Se, Krakow, Poland. Pours golden, only partially transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is mostly resinous, a bit earthy. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with a little bit of sweetness too. Final is average.
