About
Pierwszy polski browar rzemieślniczy. Przygodę z piwowarstwem zaczynaliśmy od warzenia w kuchni. W 2012 roku zdecydowaliśmy, że domowe garnki to dla nas za mało. Warzelnię w Natolinie zbudowaliśmy własnoręcznie, przerabiając przywiezione z Niemiec urządzenia i zbiorniki.
Dość szybko okazało się, że natoliński browar jest dla nas za mały. W 2015 roku przeprowadziliśmy się zatem do Błonia, zajmując jedną z hal dawnych zakładów mechaniki precyzyjnej Mera-Błonie, gdzie pracujemy do dziś.

Can, thx Fin H. for sharing! Murky yellow body, white head. Odd yeasty, citric, malty, bit resinous aroma. Smooth heavily oxidized malty taste, resin, stone fruit, honey herbal, alcohol... Dead, sadly dead.

500ml Can - Hazy orange. Grapefruit and pine in the aroma. The taste is moderately bitter with notes of orange, pine and grapefruit. Not their best but still decent.

Canned 500ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Murky orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, ripe tropical fruits and caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, ripe tropical fruits, caramel and quite strong earthy notes with dusty herbal finish. Some alcohol as well. Less than two months old but it seems quite stale. Bad can or...
