Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

33cl bottle from M&S, Camberley. A rather poor Pilsner - straw in colour with a fast fading white head leaving moderate carbonation; cereal aroma; thin with a sweet corn syrup taste and a trace of grassy bitterness; and a watery finish. No better the majority of Eurolagers.

Keg at the Red Lion, Amblecote. Pours gold with a small head. Aroma is sweet lemon and corn. Taste is corny and gassy with a bready finish. Pretty good as pale lagers go.

Bottle from M&S Stratford and drunk at home. Clear gold lasting white head. A little earthy hop on the aroma. It’s ok, not as good as the Four Lager. OK, but not much of a pilsner. Bit earthy. Not very hoppy.

This is golden coloured. It’s a clean but rather bland malty lager. Rather too gassy.
