Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

Tap at Bree Louise, London. Pours a semi-clear, pale yellow with a faint, fizzy head. Corn and cereal malt aroma. Sweet, malty flavor with grain and straw. Faintly bitter. Light to medium in body with fizzy carbonation. Finishes clean and rather sweet with hints of apples. Not too shabby,

Pours light gold and has a mild, grainy malt aroma. The flavor has the sweet, pale malt along with some mild hop bitterness. It’s pretty much another boring lightly hopped lager. Better than some....

On tap at the Green Man, Bristol, 07/02/10. Reddish brown in colour with a slight, off-white head. Malty, doughy aroma with some red fruit. Flavour was sweet, with more fruit and caramel and a slightly savoury, Bisto edge in the finish. Strange, but ok.
