From tap at Brieux Carré Brewing Company, New Orleans. Aroma is banana and wheat with spicy yeast, citrus peel, clove, and some floral notes. Pretty bitter for a Hefe and sweetish. Medium body. Tastes like a blend of Hefe and Wit. Anyway, it's nice.

From tap at Brieux Carré Brewing Company, New Orleans. Spicy peppery yeast aroma with soft citrus and some floral notes. Flavour is a bit sweetish, body is medium. No barnyard anywhere to be found, but a fairly pleasant Saison-ish beer with subtle citrussy hops.
