Bottle from Redh. Pours clear dark copper with a thin white head. Aromas of caramel, nuts, dried fruit. Taste is more of the same. Some herbal hop notes. Slightly metallic finish.

Bottle bought at Garsons Farm Shop, West End. Sweet stone fruit stone with resin and an earthiness. Opaque amber. Frothy blotchy off-white head. Initial bitter stone fruit with a rye like edge. Develops quinine and veg notes... peaks early. Light bodied. Slick if thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Initial impressions were that it was decent enough, then the boiled veg and quinine old school brewery traits took over.

Pours clear pale gold with a small, bubbly white head and a touch of sweet bready malt on the nose. The flavour has a hint of zest and spice on a fruity light biscuit malt backbone, and peppery hop notes in the finish. Very refreshing albeit a little bland

Bottle ordered from Inn At Home, Newbury. Aroma has a clove and citrus hit with underlying banana puree. Amber. Rather clear for the style. Foamy translucent white head. Medium bitter with a big sour citrus edge. Sweet artificial banana flavour appears into the finish. The herbs and sweetness make for a sickly mix. Light bodied. Thin. Fizzy. Long dry astringent finish. Not impressed. Not awful but lacks balance and a beer that leaves me craving more.

Can ordered from Inn At Home, Newbury. Aroma had light grassy hops, sweet dough and a yeasty edge. Copper gold. Frothy white head. Medium bitter. Quinine. Metallic. Soda water. Underlying earthiness. Vague sour flecked sweetness on the periphery. Light bodied. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Astringent finish. After the aroma I wasn't expecting the bitterness. It's fine, no saccharine sweetness here.

275ml bottle @3.9%. Pours clear gold, big frothy white head. Aroma of straw and malts. Taste is caramel, citrus, which is fine but a bit bland. However a dry peppery bitterness in the finish does elevate this beer somewhat. I quite enjoyed it.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Aroma is piney with some fruitiness and caramel. Light amber. Frothy white head. Medium bitter - not entirely enjoyable medicinal/quinine element to it. Some underlying fruity sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Astringent finish. Not great. The hops overpower everything else and it's not particularly juicy despite the description.
