Description
La Braxéenne is an artisanal microbrewery located in the Gascony region, near Toulouse, at the gateway to the Gers. We take advantage of this terroir to make our craft beers according to an ancestral multi-tier process and work with local artisans to develop a circular economy. We make organic craft beers of high fermentation, without filtering or pasteurization. In an eco-responsible approach, the brewery is certified organic by Ecocert and favors local sourcing. Bottle, many thanks Amaury! Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is nice flowery hops, esters. Taste is flowery, esters, very fresh but also a bit sweet. Alcohol body is there, but without being phenolic. Oily mouthfeel. Very nice one!
