Can, Kaufland. Aroma corn-malt mixture with metallic bitterness. Clear golden colour, short lasting head. Taste is very neutral, watery, which should probably be considered a good thing. Some bitterness makes appearance towards the finish. Moderate duration. This is actually not so bad.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Brown colour, mid-sized beige head. Dark malts dominate with a warming touch of alcohol, also hints of dark dried fruit and some spicy hops.

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Malty-roasty aroma. Starts strong, malty-roasty, modest alcoholic. Nice hints of caramel. Well balanced finish, warming malty. Nice!

(bottle) Slightly hazy, copper-brown colour with a beige and firm foamy head. Mildly nutty dark malty aroma with present notes of caramel and a whiff of chocolate. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly toasted and slightly sugary malty taste with loads of caramel lingering into the sweet and slightly sticky finish. Likeable Bock, just a tad too sweet for my liking. 20.I.14
