Milder Malzantrunk. Im Mittelteil hopfig-herb und leicht würzig, das Malz ist scheint hier weniger wichtig. Erst im Abgang wird der Ton stärker, verhällt sich aber für ein Schwarzbier auch aufgrund der süßen Beinote ungewöhnlich mild. Nettes Dunkel, schlechtes Schwarzbier. Neben dem gut aussehenden Etikett freue ich mich über den Zucker, Biermischgetränke mit Süßungsmitteln schmecken ja meist absolut chemisch. Kräftige orangefarben, die 2 Farbstoffe zeigen sich deutlich. Milder Orangenlimo-Antrunk, weder besonders süß noch chemisch, aber auch nicht nach Bier. Zum Mittelteil wird dieser Ton etwas milder und eine herbe Note versucht sich durchzusetzen, schaft dies aber erst und auch nur in Teilen im Abgang. Hier ist das Orangenaroma nur noch rändlich zu schmecken. Würde das Bier stärker durchkommen wäre dies ein richtig gutes Mischgetränk. On tap at Berliner Bierfestival. Clear, dark brown beer with an off-white head. Quite malty nose, with some garbage like notes in the background. Else it is a bit one-dimentional. The flavor has some roast and a little hint of cooked vegetables, with some caramel and hops as well. Weak finish with roast and some bitterness. Medium body. Not a too succesful dunkel. (070803)

Draught at BBF07. Clear dark brown colour. No aroma. Roasted flavour. Some malt bitterness. Quite boring.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, light orange colour with a huge and dense foamy white head with a moderate persistence and beautiful lacing. Slightly yeasty, moderately sweet malt aroma with a low to medium wheat-character; strong fruity (banana, mandarin) and restrained phenolic notes. Light-sweet and slightly acidic flavour with a bit harsh yeasty bitter notes; fruit-accented yeasty and moderately wheaty taste; pretty slim bodied for its 5.4% abv; medium to light crispy carbonated mouthfeel; thin, slightly sweet and wheaty finish with yeasty and hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Drinkable but not perfectly balanced Hefeweizen.

(bottle) Clear, yellow colour with a fluffy blonde foamy head. Grassy hoppy nose with a wet straw impression. Sweet-bitter flavour, slim bodied, medium carbonated mouthfeel. Soft malty base with herbal notes; slim finish, but keeping balance between hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness. Pretty bland but quite clean and still drinkable Pilsener.

(33cl bottle) Murky brown, almost black coloured hue with a reddish shine and a medium-sized, not very persistent tanned foamy head. Moderately sweet, slightly roasted malt aroma with dried fruits and shy notes of toffee and a whiff of hops. Light-bitter flavour with even lighter sweetish side effects, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Discreet roasty malty taste with light notes of caramel and wet leaves; slim and dry-ish, malt-accented finish with a light herbal hops presence. Pretty average brew.

Der Geruch könnte auch von Cola Pur kommen. Billiger plörriger Cola-Antrunk mit leicht herber Note. Holziger Mittelteil, kein Bier erkennbar, ebenso im immerhin leicht herben Abgang. Test vom 3.5.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,5,5,5,6,5 - 5,25

Wässriger Antrunk, säuerlich, recht herb. Malzmuffiger, etwas herber Mittelteil, die leicht fruchtigen Aromen, die auf dem Etikett angekündigt sind, kann ich nicht finden. Langweiliger Nachgeschmack, säuerlich, etwas bitter. Nur mit Phantasie hopfig. Test vom 13.4.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 14,5,5,5,8,5 - 6,05

Süßlich hopfiger Geruch. Hopfig-herber Antrunk, der im Mittelteil stärker wird. Eine Malzigkeit ist zwar durchgehend präsent, im Vordergrund steht aber weiterhin die Herbe. Im Nachgeschmack weicht dieses Aroma denn recht schnell, während die süßliche Malzigkeit noch etwas erhalten bleibt. Sehr süffiges Pils.
