Description
At Bitburger, the pure pleasure of Pilsner-style beer has a long family tradition. Since the founding of our brewery in 1817, we have dedicated ourselves fully to the quality and taste of our products. Today, seven generations and almost 200 years later, Bitburger is still in family hands – but the small business of two centuries ago has become one of the biggest breweries in Germany, and the number one player in the draught beer market. We owe the success of our company first and foremost to our employees, who bring real passion to their work for the company. For us, a sense of social responsibility is simply part of what we do. Bitburger also supports many charitable and community projects, and promotes cultural and sporting events.

Draft at Altes Baruhaus Koblenz. Clear bright yellow color small white head. Subtle white pepper aroma. Taste is more black peppery than most, decent body. After being underwhelmed by my Königsbacher Pils at lunch I ordered this thinking it was a different brewery, and it is - it's Bitburger! There is no escape from Bitburger in Rhineland Pfalz, it seems. Deceptive that it was masquerading as something else, that's a trick that ABInBev has mastered. Fooled again!

For being alcohol free, I think this is a great rendition of bitburger pils - clean and crisp, with a lot of fresh grassy hoppiness - malt structure is lightly sweet and bready, becoming crisp and dry in the finish - definitely a go-to for summer NA needs.

Bottle at DRK Unterricht. Hard to get the appearance or aroma from the bottle. But the taste is light fizzy lemon soft carbonation. Pleasant and easy deinking without much difference compared to the alcohol version. Decent enough
