Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of Belgian malt with fruity ester and light barnyard notes. Taste is not as funky as expected but notes of light barnyard and fruity ester are nice but fall a bit short from some of the style best offering. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done but unfortunately lacking some character.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy bright light orangey with a medium size head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of floral hops with light citrus and bitter finish is quite enjoyable. Taste is also a nice mix between some floral hops with some nice clean citrus notes with a medium bitter finish and light sweet malt backbone. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no appearance of alcohol thought it can be felt at the end of the glass. Nothing extraordinary but well done nonetheless.

Bottle. Citrus aroma. Hazy yellow, low head. Fresh citric entry, good chewyness, sparkly mouthfeel, light perfumed retronasal. Unobstrusive in a good way - not too perfumed and sticky like many other wits tend to become. Moreish.

Bottle, thanks for hauling it over here Daniel! Rich and very very fresh grass and pine hop aroma - like sniffing the hop bucket. Hazy red amber, lacing creamy head. Fresh hops dominate the flavor as well, balanced by a good solid caramel-sweet body. The hop profile is very well put together, strong and aromatic, not overly bitter and without the hop-soap residue you sometimes get. Delicious!

Whoa. Didn’t realize until now that this puppy was 12%. Deserves some bonus points. Deep copper, mahogany color. Wood, pine and cherries exude from the nose. Syrupy mouth, woody, cherries, milk chocolate and marmalade make a wonderfully complex mouth. Light marmalade finish. A bit cloying, but not surprising given the strength. Could tone this down to 8-10% range and it would be better, but still a great, but not exceedingly great, beer.
