Description
Family, tradition, and local love have all come together at Pure Order, a one-of-a-kind brewery and taproom in the heart of Santa Barbara. Our place has quickly become a spot infused with the culture of our city, a place where friends and families meet up for a good time, and tastes you can't find anywhere else -- the very definition of "local flavor." We produce our beer in the spirit of the ancient German "Reinheitsgebot" which required that only four ingredients (hops, malt, yeast, and water) be used in beer production. Our brews range from light to dark, with rich bodied, pale hoppy, and festive seasonal ales and lagers. Grab your favorite and head to our outdoor area for a game of bocce ball or a round of giant Jenga. Our family can't wait to welcome yours.

12oz bottle into a La Chouffe tulip on 25th May 2016, while on holiday in California. Dark amber with a red hue, the head a full off-white blanket of foam, Maltier than I expected, richer too. I am no expert on the style: I’m from Shropshire, how could I be? But I really liked this as a beer and have scored it accordingly. Light toffee on toast sort of taste, aroma weak but leaning towards maltiness. .

12oz bottle on my daughters patio on 21st May 2016. Murky dull orange with a white head. Dry, fruity hop taste, sharp and tart, almost sour in fact. Aroma a mixed blend of light malts and tropical fruits. Refreshing but not my thing.
