330ml bottle. Barely clear, yellow-ish golden colou rwith average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, grainy, malty aroma, a bready touch, cautious hints of husk and protein. Taste is minimally sweet, husky, slightly grainy, malty, minimally fruity, hints of protein, a touch of apricot. Smooth and soft palate. This is the kind of beer arousing the question: Can't they do better or don't they dare to do so since they have the low-brow consumer at the back of their mind?

Bottle from Trinkgut in Lage. Fresh neutral nose. The beer starts fruity and grainy. Nice bittered, round and refreshing with a floral bitter graininess. The yeast is a bit dry dusty but fits in well. Nice bittered, grainy and sessionable.
