Sweet-ish, fruity aroma, widely disguised, pale malty background, slightly artificial and sugary notes of cranberry. Taste is sweet, fruity, widely disguised, pale malty basis, minimally bitter, hoppy overtones, notes of cranberry, a minimally metallic touch.

Bottle. Slightly muddy dark red/brown featuring an ok beige head. Aroma of strawberries and hints of mints. Taste of strawberries and mild mints with some grains and malts underneath. Just slightly sweet. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Very balanced and refreshing. Astonishing how much this combonation of flavours actually works. Very nice.

Bottle. Clear amber with a decent white head. Aroma of caramel, some citrus fruits and herbs. Taste of caramel, malts, lemons and herbs. Slightly sweet. Moderate herbal bitterness. Medium carbonation. Balanced and süffig. I am very pleased and this is probably the best beer Detmolder has brewed so far.

Bottle. Clear dark gold featuring a very tiny and short-lived white head. Aroma of malts, honey and juniper. Taste of malts, herbs, lemons, juniper, honey and alcohol. Low to moderate bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. Not really that sophisticated but I sort of enjoyed it anyway.

Bottle. Clear dark gold with a tiny and very short-lived white head. Aroma of roses, honey and malts. Taste of roses, grains, roses, malts, roses and honey. Low bitterness. Low carbonation bordering on „wait a minute there is something deeply wrong with this one“. Ok. Roses are red, hops are green, they don’t really go that well together if you know what I am saying.
