Dark amber color; the head disappears quickly. Peculiar but nice aroma; spices and fruits, a bit sour. Belgian Ale with a light woody sourness and astringency. Not Bad.

I believe this is the most explosive beer I’ve ever seen, Jacob’s parents house has this beer all over. What was left of it was an unclear yellow with no head (probably gone in the explosion). And both the aroma and flavor was dominated by yeast and coriander.

An unclear red beer with a beutiful orange head. The aroma is sweet spicy with dominating notes of yeast and coriander - the aroma is more like that of a blonde than a donker. The flavor is sour with notes of caramel, yeast, and coriander and the body is thin. A weird donker.

PINT-bokbier 2003: The Herfstbok from de Kemphaan was a definite drain pour. Taste is light malty, caramelly and hoppy, but this is more the product of a weak amateur.
