aroma is deep malty with a faint herbal touch, the hoppinness is herbal, stinging nettle. it suits the malts quite well. 7/10
Flavor is quite sweet-nutty malty, a good vienna which really showcases the toasted malts and the malts are not only toasted but also have some aromatic nutty notes, walnuts, sweet chestnuts.
the end is slightly bitter, bitterness seems to be mostly driven by the malts. It is distinctly bitter into the ending, but the hops are quite integrated with the malts so you hardly notice 7/10

A really good , fullbodied, gentle, balanced, tasty vienna. Pretty much nailed the style.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Viscous black, no head. Aroma of maple syrup and licorice. Sweet with full body and viscous mouthfeel. Licorice, lots of maple syrup, some wood and coffee. Peppery finish. Maple syrup is a lovely ingredient, but it is easy to overdose. This one balances on the edge.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pitch black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted, chocolaty and some syrupy and some mild alcohol tones. Flavour is fruity, some bitterness, chocolaty, mild inthe and some syrupy and alcohol tones. Pretty much like a Double Black IPA / Double Cascadian Dark...
