Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours a hazed golden yellow, solid white crown. Nicely sweet, with good fruity hop expressions, exotic stonefruit elements coming through well. Standard NB really.

Keg pint in the Pheasant Inn & Brewhouse on 4th June 2024. Hazy yellow, snow white crown that stayed around. Citrus based aroma and taste, some earthiness and pine notes but it's mostly about citrus fruit.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this dirtyish looking gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light and smooth malts, sweet enough for this brew. The hops bring cooling pine, light but juicy orange centred citrus. A trace of tropical fruits on the back end along with a mild bitterness and a very light hop spice. Nicely rounded IPA.

On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe, Pours a murky grapefruit with minimal white head and good lacing. Just some vague citrus and hops in the aroma. In the mouth it is pretty sweet but with some underlying sharpness and medium carbonation. Flavour of tropical fruit, floral hops and a fair amount of citrus. Later there are hints of spice and cherries leading to a slightly dry and bitter finish. It’s reasonable – nothing more.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 14/05/24. Murky orange to yellow with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is ripe citric flesh, grass, papaya, mandarin, ripe melon, light stoned fruits. Taste comprises bitter orange, lychee, grass, pine needle, guava, grapefruit, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness with a mellow Nelson tingle. Solid fresh and juicy IPA ... a welcome return to form for Nothing Bound for me after a few average ones of late.
