Pretty crisp golden and amber coloured body with a nice two centimetre tall off-white head that stays for the duration. Aroma of bright grassy and very herbal hops with a distinctly biscuity malt bill and some light grapefruit and citrus bitterness here from the hops with some mild alcohol coming through. Medium-bodied; Rich crisp malt notes somehow dominate with a lot of biscuity and grainy notes here and a light hop bitterness, but the citrus notes are near the end that feel nice in the plate with some relatively smooth caramelised sugars at the end. Aftertaste shows the grainy notes more than hop bitterness, but a good balance of everything, really, with the alcohol hidden quite well, showing closer to 6,0% than 8! Overall, a nice and enjoyable, very crisp beer that almost shows more of an APA or even a lager than an 8,0 per cent IPA! Great to have fresh and local on tap while here in the city! I sampled this sixteen ounce pour on draught at Tenacity Brewing in Detroit, Michigan for US$7,00 with two of my kids on 22-October-2022.

Deep, beautiful ruby and crimson-tinted brown and amber coloured body with a thinnish, one to two centimetre tall off-white head that stays afloat only for a few seconds and leaves a thin lace on the sides. Aroma of deep yeast and a bright Belgian candi sugar with some alcohol and deep coriander seed freshness here, with a ton of sweetness at the end. Medium to Full-bodied; Rich alcohol and especially malt notes dominate with a bunch of rich cherry and pitted fruit notes on the end, with some big sweetness here that shows alcohol and pungency in a good way. Aftertaste shows the pleasant malt and yeast notes with some caramel, toffee and even fruit notes wit the Belgian candi sugar by far the strongest on the end, but a big breadiness as well. Overall, a nice and enjoyable, complex and pungent beer that shows nicely throughout with a ton of flavours throughout.
