BOTTLE 50 CL. Bottled 29-DEC-2012. Sweetish, minty lollipop, grainy and somewhat mineral/salty. Standard lageresque bitter finish. Clean (which is itself and accomplishment for a strong lager), but too simple - it really needs some hops. Decent.

BOTTLE 50 CL at 6% abv. Faint, herbal hops aroma, some vague malty notes - bready and sweet. Tastes like an ordinary lager that is quite sweet, some harsh fermentation notes too. Generic sweetness, some winy notes? Light but somewhat harsh bitterness. A bit sticky. An ordinary macro-lager that is too sweet.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Bottled on 11-MAR-2015. The aroma is all hops - fresh grass, dried herbs and a bit earthy. The taste is also hop-dominated, herbs, minimal, malts, a bit too much CO2 - the acidity is there, some astringency in the otherwise spicy hoppy finish. Would be a nice Svetly, if it wasn’t for the co2 acidity and the astringency. Still, surprisingly good.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Bottled 17-MAR-2015. Almost no aroma, but if you really try, you get some pale malt sweetness and some herbal hops. The taste is just what you expect from a „good” macro-lager - dry, clean, a drop of hops in the finish. Neither good, nor bad.

BOTTLE 50 CL. 2 months old. Clear yellow with white head. Light pale malts aroma, herbal and earthy hops. The taste has the malts dominated by the hops too - with a spicy bitter finish. For a east european lager, I’d call the bitterness strong. Not much else going on. Would like some Saaz aroma, but... at least, it’s a pils! Decent.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Bottled 18-MAR-.2015. Clear yellow, white creamy head. Pale malt sweetness, a tad stale, but mostly clean. The favour follows the aroma, with a light to moderate bitter finish. That’s pretty much it. Almost devoid of hop aroma and flavour. Expected more.

SWING-TOP 50 CL. BOTTLED 25.02.2015. 5,1% ABV. Clear golden, white frothy head. Nice fruity lollipop aroma (gentle not artificial), winey or cidery notes, almost devoid of malts (still something lightly toasted can be felt far in the background), as well as hops. The flavour is similar, sweetish fruitiness, but also something dry with light light notes of wine/cider/acetic (apple vinegar), which is probably the honey. The body is quite solid, with a light astringency in the finish. Interesting and tasty.

FLIP-TOP 50 CL. Clear gray-golden, white head. Pure pale and light toasted malt aroma, as well as taste. Light bitter finish with light acidity that might be from CO2. perfectly clean, no fusel or diacetil, but that is all. You really gotta love pale malts to rate a beer like that much higher. Good, but too simplistic.

BOTTLE 50 CL. 2 months old. A fine well-done dunkel, equally balanced by 1) roasted grain/malt - bread, toast, a touch of nuts even, 2) malt sweetness - toffee, maybe some marzipan and 3) hops - a nice spicy bitter finish. The body is light and crisp - would love it more creamy, I think. Nice one.

BOTTLE 50CL.

Look: clear golden with a small white frothy head.
Aroma: sweetness, maltiness, light pleasant oxidized notes (dried apricot?)
Taste: very sweet, phenolic bitterness, light dried apricot notes.

Sweet, cleat with pleasant oxidized notes. One of the better strong lagers I’ve had.
