BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Deep golden amber colour, bubbly rim and aroma of perry peat, light fruits. Taste is fruity, perry pear, floral, with some sharp acetic funk, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic peary finish. Nicely drinkable

25/10/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is tart pear, twig and solvent. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Medium body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Tangy finish. Quite enjoyable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Pale gold colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, fruity. Taste is perry pear, fleshy, fruity, floral, some sourish notes, funk and light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry peary finish. Quite drinkable.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, virtually almost no off-wheat head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, green apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, tart apple, apples, medium dry, light vinegar - apple vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat.
