BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is tart, appley, fruity, sourish hints, with some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable

Sample courtesy of Grumbo via danlo, cheers! Aroma of apple and a bit of funk. Taste is of red apple, a bit of tart and core/pips. Nice.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Clear pale golden colour, bubbly rim and aroma of apple, pear. Taste is sweet, apple & pear, fleshy, fruity, alittle funk and with some tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet apple & pear finish. Quite drinkable

24/10/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is juicy apple, slightly musty, citric edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Light dry and sweet finish. Quite enjoyable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, mellow apple, fruity, red apple, some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.
