33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty and slight breadish. Roasted malty and mild fruity flavoured. Bitter and caramelish roasted into a medium dry finish. Nice and easy.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear orangey brown with a beige head. Very roasted nose - some vanilla too. Medium body, hard roast malt and some vanilla. Quite some malt bitterness. Delicious. 121010

Bottled @ Arendsnest. Hazy golden color, big frothy white head. Aroma of grassy hop, quite spicy. Decent triple taste, bit bitter, bit dry.

Very dark, but not opaque, Small but lasting head, beige colored, some lacing. Smells of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate/cocoa powder, a hint of fruit. Roasted flavor with a little bit of sweetness and bitterness. Thin to medium body (fuller than I expected from beer with this ABV). Nice and mild bitter finish with roast remaining. Quite flavorful, good.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning, bought after sampling the beer from the brewer himself, thanks! Deep dark brown to black colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, light smoke, liquorice, some dark fruits. Flavour is light sweet, roasted malts, liquorice, some smoke, nice roasted bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, tasty and easy drinking.
