The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, juicy, light tart, orange citrus, chewy, mineral, light floral, herbal palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at Locality. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big orange tangerine, light dank. The flavour is moderate to light sweet and bitter, with a smooth, rich, light dank, dry jammy orange tangerine, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at Smith Street Taps. Poured a mostly clear yellow golden colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is big yeasty, herbal. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, somewhat light, fresh, dry, yeasty, herbal, mineral, light citrus, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Plenty going on for a Pilsner.

The flavour is over moderate bitter and sweet, with a rich, smooth, piney, light resin, juicy orange citrus, warm alcohol, big hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at Locality. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasted malt, light vanilla. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, sweet maple syrup, earthy, chocolate, light liqourice, vanilla palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Pretty awesome but I’m not convinced by the mix of super sweet flavours. Maple syrup and vanilla?
