Draft at Smith Street Taps. Poured a mostly clear yellow golden colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is big yeasty, herbal. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, somewhat light, fresh, dry, yeasty, herbal, mineral, light citrus, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Plenty going on for a Pilsner.

Draft at Smith Street Taps. Poured a slightly hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is orange tangerine citrus, light piney. The flavour is over moderate bitter and sweet, with a rich, smooth, piney, light resin, juicy orange citrus, warm alcohol, big hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at Locality. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasted malt, light vanilla. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, sweet maple syrup, earthy, chocolate, light liqourice, vanilla palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Pretty awesome but I’m not convinced by the mix of super sweet flavours. Maple syrup and vanilla?

Draft at Locality. Poured a murky medium orange colour with little life. The aroma is grassy dank hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a smooth, super rich, dank, grassy, herbal, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Locality. Poured a murky yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is dank, resinous hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, rich, dry, earthy, herbal, super dank, big hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish with a touch of spicy hop burn. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a light, crisp, fresh, juicy mango passionfruit, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, fresh, juicy mango passionfruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A simple beer but very well made.

The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, light lemon citrus, yeasty, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Nice hazy pale. Not up there with the big bois, but lots of orange and grapefruit and mandarin for the ABV. Hazy. Soft mouthfeel.
