Sample at the brewpub. This Stout pours nearly black with ruby around the edges. Foamy and thin beige head that burns away steadily, and a sheet of lacing. Roasty aroma of malt and coffee. Medium, dry body with flavors of coffee, roasted malt and some hops. The finish is dry and roasty with notes of coffee and bready malt, with a mild hops aftertaste left over. Above average overall, but not by a lot.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear dark orange-amber color with a medium thin and foamy off-white head that diminishes steadily. Top patchy ring of lacing on the glass with spots underneath. Citrus hops aroma with touches of earthy malt. Medium-bodied and moderately bitter with a citrus hops character. Notes of spices and malt as well. The finish is hoppy and lingering. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a hazed yellow-gold color with a miniscule white head that dissipates to an island in no time. Spotty lacing on the glass. The aroma is lightly wheaty with notes of yeast and banana. Medium, clean body with fruit and wheat flavors. Somewhat astringent hops show up at times as well. The finish is wheat and fruit with a yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a clear orange-amber color with a thin light beige head that recedes steadily. Spotty lacing. The aroma is of caramel and earthy malt. Light to medium body with a sweet malty character. Some caramel and hops are present too. The finish is charred malt with a lightly bitter malt aftertaste that does not last. Just average overall.

Sweet malty aroma with touches of floral hops. Medium, clean body with a balanced hops and malt profile. The finish has notes of caramel malt and resiny hops but is short-lived. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear amber/honey color with a wispy off-white head that burns away to an outer ring quickly. Spotty top ring of lace on the glass. Sweet honey and malt aroma. Light body with a sweet honey character, and flavors of malt and some floral hops. The finish is sweet and malty with a short honey aftertaste. Fairly one-dimensional overall.

Light-bodied with a slightly spiced hops flavor as well as some bready malt. The finish is clean and lightly bitter hops with a lingering grainy malt aftertaste. Straightforward overall.
