Bottle pour at Medivarna [as "mead from the forest honey"]. Pours clear clear gold. Honey and a touch of spruce on the nose. Flavour has a sharper honey character, perhaps a touch of spruce, slightly bitter on the finish.

Dry mead with little to no residual sugar. Honestly, not my style. I’m getting a nihonshu / sake vibe from it, the honey is barely noticeable. After few sips, I’m getting used to it, but I still wouldn’t drink again.
