В 2003 году мы открыли одну из первых семейных пивоварен в России. Уже тогда мы варили красный эль и копчёный раух, когда еще никто в нашей стране не знал слово «крафт». В 2009 запустили новое производство в совхозе «Масловский» — наш великолепный замок. В 2018 восстановили вкусы «Жигулевского» разных эпох: от индустриализации до Олимпиады 1980. В 2019 получили первую международную награду — серебро престижного немецкого конкурса European Beer Star. Новые медали, в том числе золотые, не заставили себя долго ждать. В 2023 году экскурсии на пивоварне «ТАРКОС» посетили 14 000 человек.

500ml bottle @ 4% ABV. Pours foggy gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is corn, malt, hops. Taste is light to medium sweet, grainy, yeast, bready. Light bitter finish. Light bodied. Pretty decent.

500ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a brief white head. Aroma is citrusy hops, grain, grass. Taste is light sweet, grassy. Noticeable bitter finish. Better than average n/a beer.

500ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is basil, pepper. Taste is light sour, basil, black pepper, salt, some sourness, some spiciness. Light spicy finish. Eh, not my kind of beer, although it makes a change from the usual non-alcoholic lagers.

500ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with a tall white head. Aroma is citrus zest, wheat and oranges. Taste is dry, tangy citrus, coriander, wheat. Light to medium bitter finish. Worth the supermarket price of ₽140, not worth the local “craft bar” price id ₽250.

Appearance: cloudy deep gold to light amber with a moderate off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: catty hop, biscuit, toast, butterscotch, some citrus. Taste: as described above but pretty diluted. Light to medium sweet. Low to light bitterness. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average carbonation. Overall: quite commercial. Not well tasting to be honest.

Appearance: cloudy yellow to orange with a moderate white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: wheat bread, phenols, sourish fruit, a hint of smoke. Taste: light sweet, bready, phenolic, fruity. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: mediocre.

Appearance: foggy deep amber with a large ivory-coloured frothy head of good retention. Aroma: toast and caramel, New World hop, bread. Taste: light to medium sweet, light bitter. Toast and caramel, bread, citrus fruit, resin. Hoppy aftertaste. Mouth feel: uneven. Average carbonation. Summary: pure, drinkable, quite a compromise. Not really solid.

Appearance: clear chestnut brown with a moderate off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: pretty smoked. Cheese and bacon, caramel. Taste: light sweet, smoked, diluted. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: well smelling, not much taste I'm afraid.
