Description
When a beer enthusiast and a brewer come together it one household it can only end up in cirrhosis or a brewery. Lucky for us, it was a brewery and we have been brewing modern beer without filtration or pasteurization since 2016. In 2021 we purchased CK tanks in Fenetra / Clock brewery and moved all of our production into this cutting edge facility. Why Chroust? Our names are Karolína and Jirka Chroustovský.

Holy fuck, am I really the first to rate this anywhere? Seems yesterday was the debut. Tap at the Beergeek, of course. Genuine opaque juicy yellow-orange body, white head. Lactic, bit sugary and subdued fruity aroma hop nose. Smooth, of course, light fruitiness, light touches of juniper, light onion notes from the hops, vague bitterness. Kinda expected it would be more fruity than it is, but it's a very good, tasty IPA, loved across the table.
