Description
When a beer enthusiast and a brewer come together it one household it can only end up in cirrhosis or a brewery. Lucky for us, it was a brewery and we have been brewing modern beer without filtration or pasteurization since 2016. In 2021 we purchased CK tanks in Fenetra / Clock brewery and moved all of our production into this cutting edge facility. Why Chroust? Our names are Karolína and Jirka Chroustovský.

V unity street. Tak toto pivo ma neoslovilo. Vona citit sol. Farba bledozlta. Chut akokeby sa im vysypalo do piva mrte soly.

Bottle from Pivný raj. Nice juicy NEIPA with just decent amounts of bitterness, very visible tropical fruits and in overall nicely balanced. Good milkshake worth five bucks

Draught at Illegal Beer. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- a bit fruity, apricot, touch of citrus, lightly salty. FLAVOR- lightly sour, lightly salty, malty, touch of fruit. Light to medium bodied.
Nice, well balanced gose.

Kalamansi Pale Ale from Chroust

On tap at Clock Block. Had to Google what kalamansi is, not that I'm much smarter now, but at least I know it's supposed to be citrus. Aroma well represents kalamansi (ha!) taste is like a lime on steroids. Very fresh, I can imagine having this during hot summer as a refreshment. Nice.

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- great citrusy aroma, citrus peel, touch of diacetyl on background. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, lightly bitter, citrusy, citrus peel and resins, very subtle malt base. Medium bodied.
Nice citrusy ale.

Bottle 0.75l. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- citrusy and tropical fruit, lemon, pineapple. FLAVOR- clean and smooth, a bit sweet, lightly bitter, tropical fruit, citrusy, passion fruit, pineapple, lime... Medium bodied.

Bottle, 750 ml, courtesy of Max. Shared with him, JFK10000 and Miro. Hazy orange, white head. Caramel, malty, moderate hoppiness, citrus, orange, sweetish. Bitter finish. Medium- bodied.
