Description

Medium white head. Slightly hazy pale yellow body. Smoky herbal mealy aroma with earthy crisp bread notes. Dryish mealy smoky herbal taste with dusty wooden notes. Mid-to light body. Light mealy mouthfeel. Dryish resiny mealy herbal aftertaste with spicy dusty linoleum notes. The main impression is one of clean, smoky dusty herbs. Nice, refreshing, drinkable, unusual. Could drink a lot of this. (0.2l draft at Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw.)

Draught @ Setka Pub, Poznań. Pours slightly oily copper brown, with airy off-white head. Dark, dusty aroma of old nuts, like those my gradpa used to carry in his worn-out suitcase. Dark aroma of coffee, malt and nuts, with sparse hoppy notes and hints of fruit. Watery. Low carbonation. Mild, slightly bitter finish. Weird.

Bottle, 7%. Sour and funky aroma, more acetic than acidic. Quite mouthwatering. Cloudy dark red brown colour. Small head. The flavour is funky and sweet. Sugary with a good mild vinegar note. Has a good sourness, but also a little sour rag. On the whole, quite good.
