500ml can from Local Station Bar in Moscow. Pours opaque orange with a massive beige head. Aroma is mainly passion fruit, although there are some strawberry notes too. Taste is medium sour, passion fruit. Big sour finish. Passion fruit dominates everything. My least favourite of the Punjabi Lassi series so far. Also the price (420 roubles) for this is just mad.

Can. Golden and hazy, almost without foam. Aroma: strongly of onions and spices, cumin and tomatoes a little, sour. Taste: sour with salt, onion, cumin and tomatoes, a little sauerkraut, weird.

Tap. Honey-yellow colour, hazy, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: citrus, fresh, fruity, grapefruit, a little sweet, flowers, not bad. Taste: soft, citrus and fruity and orange, a little sweetness and nectar, not bad.

Can 50 cl. Bright yellow, cloudy, lush and slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: tropical fruits, citrus, melon and flowers, mango and passion fruit. Taste: sweet, tropical fruits, citruses, mango, melon, herbs, soft bitterness, good brew.

Appearance: intransparent red with near to no head. Aroma and taste: beetroot, salad,salt, spices, citric acid. Not overly sour. Mouth feel: light to medium body, soft carbonation. Overall: interesting, too flat.

Appearance: hazy ochre yellow with a one finger tall white head of mediocre retention. Aroma: Interesting and pleasant spices combination, onion, dogwood, salt. Taste: light sweet, spicy. Wheat bread, Armenian spices, coriander, dogwood. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average carbonation. Overall: Nice smell, otherwise just OK.

Appearance: cloudy gold with a small white head of low retention. Aroma: a bunch of Indian spices including ginger, clove etc., meat bouillon, salt. Taste: wheat bread, meat, salt, Indian spices. Moderately hot. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average carbonation. Overall: unique, interesting.

Can 33 cl. Brownish color, hazy, with noisy and rapidly disappearing foam. Aroma: harsh garlic, boiled beef and broth, spicy, boiled vegetables, paprika. Taste: much better, moderately spicy soup, salty, chili, broth and vegetables, garlic, pepper, light sourness, not bad overall.

33 cl can. Dark golden, a bit hazy. Aroma: spicy, garlic, chili, tomatoes, cool spices. Spicy taste, decent chili, tomatoes, garlic, very warming, good balanced.
