At a tasting, smallish bubbly head, dark brown color with reddish taints, aroma of cherries, light vanila, toasted bread and just a charred hint. flavor of chocolate and metal with some fruit, some tannins, much too sour, quite light. Fair but difficult to drink.

Tap. Black, opaque, tall frothy beige head. Faint aroma of roast, coffee, lactose. Medium body. Creamy palate. Sweetish malty taste. Milky smooth. Coffee. Light bitterness.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Max. Black with a tan head. Aroma of cherries, some roast, chocolate. Sweet flavor, slightly sourish, with caramel, some cherries, some roast, a bit of chocolate. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Max. Brown. Aroma of toast, caramel, some hops, light funky hint, nutty note, some fruitiness. Sweetish flavor with malt, caramel, a sourish note, toast, a bit of fruitiness, and bitterish hops. Medium-bodied.

Tap. Cloudy straw yellow. tall creamy head. Phenolic yeast , spice fruit on nose. Light body. Fruity & spicy tatste. Light sourness. Pleasant.

Piligrim, Moscow: pours hazy pale with a white head. Aroma is citrus and light funk. Taste is loke really good salty sprite. No more needs to be said.

Tap. Copper colour, opaque. Rocky frothy off-white head. The aroma is tropical fruit with phenolic acidity. Infected? Light to medium body. Thin to oily texture. Lots of caramel, earthy & grapefruit hops on nose. A sour phenolic note spoiling the picture again. Medium to heavy bitterness. Hoppy medium long finish. Bitter aftertaste.
