So, this is a berry lambic on tap at Slunce ve Skle at the Beer Factory stand. No info anywhere online, now I'm sad I didn't ask for more. Hah. Reddish-amber body, white head. Berry, funky notes in the aroma, a bit dusty, but pleasant. Lean body, berries, light bitterness, not much funk or tartness, but hey, if it's wild fermentation, why not. This was a solid drink!

Tap at Slunce ve Skle - as Beer Factory NEIPA. Murky yellow body, white head. Malty, estery aroma, light paint. Smooth yet dry taste, tangerine, a bit dusty, light, quite okay. Unsure if this is exactly it, but I don't see anything else coming close, and NO pictures of their stall on the first day can be found so far :sigh:

Tap at Slunce ve Skle. Hazy pale golden body, white head. Huge coriander in the aroma, solid citric notes. Lean citrus and coriander taste, dry, solid bitterness. Okay overall!

Tap at SvS. Clear pale golden body. Malty aroma, white grapes, flowery. Grainy taste, flowery, okay, dry, highly simplistic. Very much more of a golden ale than an ESB, but a pretty okay beer!

Bottle at Pivní Mozaika. Hazy pale golden body, white head. Pungent fruity aroma, berry-tropical-citric, vague vague paint. Soft taste, more citric there, like sweetened (but not candy) citric, also berry/tropical touches, sweetish but lean and with adequate carbonation, so quite drinkable. Fairly clean. This is a genuinely okay beer.

(tap to PET bottle 1l from Beershop (Brno)) Overall: Ok czech lager, a bit too much diacetyl. Aroma: Herbal hops, malty, later light diacetyl. Appearance: Clear golden. Medium, white head. Taste: Medium sweet, diacetyl, malty, light bitter, light herbal hops. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

Bottle 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, pale amber colored. AROMA- tropical fruit, red berries, red apple, bitter herbal and floral, rye. FLAVOR- neutral, quite bitter, tropical fruit, pale plums, strawberry, red berries, apple, citrus, floral, lots of rye. Fuller bodied. Tasty.
