Clear dark brown to black beer, small aery beige brown head, irregular, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of dark chocolate, some coconut, good roast, very intense smell, vanilla, cocoa powder, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: oh my, all chocolate milk, lots of dark chocolate, cocoa powder, some toasted coconut,a bit sweet, lots of alcohol, sugary, lovely! Aftertaste: more chocolate, all chocolate milk, nice one, almost makes you wonder if this is still a beer or a chocolate cream liqueur. :p

Cloudy pale yellow beer, small creamy yellow head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: weird, some diacetyl, sourish, funky. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish up front, funky, weird and dry, lemony, acidic. Aftertaste: floral, fruity, peaches, more lactose, yoghurt, a little buttery, some diacetyl in the finish.

Taste: oh my, lots and lots of chocolate, some gingerbread, spices, cloves, star anise, nutmeg, lovely things going on here! Aftertaste: sweet, alcohol, more chocolate, dark roast, some soy sauce, oxidized.

Clear dark brown beer, practically no head. Aroma: oh yes, lots and lots of chocolate, tonka notes, caramel and vanilla, very sweet impression. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: wow, very intense, all caramel, cocoa powder, lots of alcohol, tonka beans, vanilla, sugary, bit of an alcohol burn, lots of sweet chocolate. Aftertaste: lots of alcohol, spicy, chocolate, nice!

Noir, huileux doré au verre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est frais grace à l'apport de noix de coco, rétor malté entre grillé, léger moka sur des effluves de vanille/barrique de Bourbon.
Palais est faiblard en efervescence, apport de noix de coco plaisant sur les notes tropicales - eau de coco, avec une fine amertume en retrait, venannt peut-être de la barrique, tout en gardant une note adoucie de vanille.
Correcte, mais un peu trop de booze en final sur toutes ces bières.

Noir profond, obsidienne, huileux doré au verre, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est puissant en chocolat, barrique de Bourbon - rétro frais avec une pointe fraiche de l'orange.
Palais est riche malté, chocolaté rappelant un peu l'orangette avec ce côté organge confite, rétro modéré de vanille venannt du Bourbon - le tout est épais en bouche frôlant le côté mélasse mais fortement axé sur le cacao et côté cacao beans. Le booze est là,assez traitre, pour une effervescence faiblarde.

Taste: lots and lots of dark chocolate, sweet, alcohol, lovely, soft roast, bitter touch. Aftertaste: more chocolate, nice gentle roast, lovely caramel notes, vanilla, really like it!
