About
Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.
Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Very thin, watery. Even carbo only med-light. Med-high bitter, med-light astringent. Lots of metallic, soapy, med grainy, earthy. Little else present. How is this commercially sold? Totally wrong in every way.

Thinnish bod, med carbo. Highish bitter, light sweet. BackG malt, well attenuated. Slightly sharp hops character tho, med grassy, earthy. Med-light gooseberry, light piney, zesty. Good but not great.

15/II/26 - 50cl can from a trade, shared @ Birthday Crokinole and Beers Night (home), BB: 30/V/26 (2026-245) Thanks to Libor for the trade!
Clear pale light blond beer, small creamy somewhat irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, quite some citrus, grassy, a bit resinous, malty, piny touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness, grassy, hoppy, slightly malty, a bit watery maybe, but good beer! Aftertaste: more nice and tasty malt profile, bitter, a bit resinous, very hoppy, metallic touch.

Thinnish bod, med carbo. Feels a bit staleish, soapy. End of keg? Idk. But the fruit is kinda boring, avera strength. A bit vanillaish sour cherry. Light hibiscus. A bit muddled overall. Watery feeling, with med-light bitter and sweet, v light sour-tart.
