Description
Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.
Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Dark golden, hahy body, with a small, white head.
Aroma of citrus, some grapefruit, some pine, orange, candy, some grass.
Taste follows this, with more juicy passion fruit notes.
Medium, bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, fruity, citric, a bit zesty, slightly piney.
Nice one. Fresh, crisp, very fruity and very easy. Lovely Pale Ale how I like it.
