Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.

Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Bottle shared by Cuso. Assertively roasty, coffee, deep roast, ashy. Overall resembles stout more - by all measures. Rather light fruitiness. Relatively easy drinking though. And very tasty.

Bottle kindly shared by fairy,, many thanks. coffee, roasted malt, lunch meat in aroma. Taste, coffee, roasted malt, light caramel. Strong coffee bitterness in finish. Very good.

Thanks Karlo for sharing this! From 100 piv. Poured a clear old gold body. Sweet maltiness and tropical fruit in the aroma. Fresh light taste, lemony, mild. No bitterness. Light mild lemony pale ale more than an IPA, but still tasty enough.

Tap at 100 piv. Hazy dark orange golden color with huge white head. Nice citrus hoppy aroma with caramel malt. Taste, citrus hops with orange zest, tangerines, pines. Solid caramel malty backbone. Good.

Tap at 100 piv. Very dark chestnut brown color with thick beige head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee in aroma. Strong coffee taste with chocolate, coffee, light licorice.Long coffee bitter finish. Very good.

From tap at Zelena Kocka, Brno. Clear yellow golden color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, bready, light caramel, floral, light pine, citrusy fruity, tropical fruits. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.
