Description
Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.

Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Bottle. Clear deep golden colour, okay head. Aroma rather hoppy, noble Czech, but also light honeyish. The same can be said about the taste, hops is on top, but not too much so. The overall flavour remains very well balanced with moderate bitterness and hoppiness and slightly less malty sweetness. Unique grainy flavour. Overall a very good beer.

Bottle. Aroma of herbal spicy noble hops and a touch of toffee, maybe faintest hint of coffee. Clear amber colour, stable head. Very nicely balanced taste, equal parts herbal spicy hoppiness, moderate bitterness and moderate sweet toffee-ish caramel maltiness. Also a hint of roast. Everything remains clear, yet harmonious as a whole. Very good.
