Bottle. Aroma malty, caramel, honeyish, soft. Clear amber colour. Taste is nicely balanced, mostly malty, caramel, honey, moderate bitterness, noble Saaz flavour. Very good.

Tap at Staroslovien. Aroma fruity hops, light grassy, light toasty, caramelly malt. Clear amber colour, stable head. Taste is all about the hops. Once again a rather thin bodied piece. General fruitiness, also lot of grass/earthy and a bit less resiny. Light high bitterness, would qualify as an IPA in most Czech breweries producing them :-D Long dry hoppy finish. Good.

Tap at Staroslovien. Aroma typical Czech hops, almost moderate intensity. Light malt. Clear gold colour, white head, moderate duration. Taste is showcasing the traditional ingredients, soft malt immediately joined by bold herbal hoppy flavour. Light heavy bitterness growing on you towards the finish. Very good, albeit a bit thin bodied.

(Draught at Zly Casy, Prague, 18 July 2014) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of crisp-bread, orange peel and spicy hops. Malty taste with toast, crisp-bread, orange peel and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.
