Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.
Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Very thin body, lowish carbo too. Med-light bitter, no sweet. Very watery, empry feeling, with no malt and very low hops too. Light grassy, lemongrassy. Overall very boring, meh. Hops where?

Med-thin body, med-light carbo. Med bitterness, light sweetness. Lots of chocolate and cocoa - and in this beer it actually feels like raw cocoa. Nice. Only background vanilla. Med-light deep roast, light ashy. Very nice balance, clean too, easy drinking.

Tap at Napalmě. Black body, off-white head, fairly lasting. Vanilla and caramel dominate the aroma. Smooth, creamy taste, vanilla and cocoa, caramel undertones, very low coffee. Quite fine, the beer itself being a bit more neutral than expected. Oh well.
