Mazák Brewery from Dolní Bojanovice was founded in 2011.
The brewery was founded and continues to operate in the picturesque wine-growing village of Dolní Bojanovice, located in the Lower Moravian valley 8 km from the town of Hodonín.
Over the years, the technology was brought up to the current five-vessel brewhouse, in which the brewery is able to brew a batch with a volume of 1400L. The portfolio of the brewery consists of both classic Czech and German-style lagers, as well as top-fermented beers of the ALE type. To produce beer, it uses domestic malts and hops, as well as foreign hops, which are most often used in the production of special beers.

Tap at Pivstro. Looks almost pitch black, with a laaaasting creamy beige head. Oh man... very soft aroma dried apricot esters abound, lightly lightly minerally. And it didn't even open up fully yet! Ah, smoooooth maltiness, some roasty and raisiny Tomislav-like vibes, much drier than expected and the huge bitterness coupled with a fair amount of warmth cuts off all the softness. The finish really cuts its wings away and sticks it lower than it should be. Almost fantastic.

Thin, med-high carbo. Medium bitter, light sweet. Malt in the background, hops-centered. Med-high grassy, but also like hay, straw, medium flowery. Underneath med-light tangerine, zesty citruses. Interesting, but not my favourite. Clean tho, and drinkable

Med-full oaty body, why so much? Nvm. Med-light carbo. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Lots of fresh tropical hops character, pineapple, mango, med citrusy, lychee. Tasty, clean, good.

Draught (Pivní Zastávka, Prague) - Golden with a white head. Pine, orange and grapefruit in the aroma. Zesty orange, mandarin, grapefruit and a some tangy and bitter notes in the finish.

750ml Bottle - Murky golden with a white head. Peach, melon, nectarine and orange in the aroma. Hoppy and ever so slightly tangy taste with notes of melon, apricot, orange, nectarine and mango.
